Description:

Liam was born with with a blood disease called, hemophilia. Despite having mild hemophilia A his over protective grandmother prevented him from risky behavior. He longs to see the world, but is sheltered in his home with his grandmother. His soft blue eyes always seem to stare out the window of his room and watch normal kids.

Growing up he knew he was abnormal. He was mild in height, but with his pitch black hair and blue eyes he seemed almost demonic and angelic at the same time. His nose is straight and his face is perfectly symmetrical. Because Liam sits inside a lot he has very pale skin. He is lean in size yet he is not very strong because his grandmother fears he would hurt himself.

He keeps his black hair cropped short, he prefers to be neat. His dark eyebrows are thin but even, his lips are full. When he smiles with a charismatic smile, he shows his pearly white teeth. His ears are small, and a little pointed at the ends. He only has one scar on his body, it is on his leg near the calf. He scraped it against some metal and it caused a giant gash. He was rushed to the emergency room and his grandmother thought he was going to die. That is when she started to shelter him.

Liam is always well groomed. Because he likes to be clean, his hair is perfectly combed and he wears rather refined clothing. Its not that he does not like normal clothing, he loves those clothes. His grandmother forces him to always be neat.

Personality:

Liam is a very shy person. Because his grandmother would keep him inside a lot he would not make many friends. His grandmother would not even send him to school, for fear he would hurt himself and bleed. She hired tutors to teach him. Despite how shy and reserved Liam is when he opens up to someone he is quite dashing and charismatic.

Liam is so shy he usually does not speak to others. He refused to speak until he was six. He enjoys to observe people and read books then talk to people. He is quite smart at things yet has very low people skills.

He is a dreamer, and refuses to fight for his rights. Liam would rather follow the crowd than lead the pack. He is quite scared of failure and would rather watch someone else fail.

Liam is a virtuoso. His grandmother forced him to play the piano when he was seven and when she heard him sing she forced him to get lessons. However he is terrified of crowds and is afraid he would forget something. He has little confidence.

History:

Liam never knew his parents. His mother and father died before he got a chance to meet them. He was in the car with them, and is haunted by the one memory he has of them. He remembers they were driving on a slippery rode and the car flipped and his parents died during on the impact. The memory is all fuzzy, but he remembers.

After the accident he was raised by his grandmother. His grandmother sheltered him any problems that may occur because of his hemophilia. She did not force him to try and speak, because she thought he was traumatized from the entire accident.

His grandmother would try and act motherly to him as much as possible. She told him stories before he went to bed, his favorite were the ones about wizards. She told him stories about magic and wands, and people flying on brooms. She told him about owls carrying items, dragons, giants, centaurs, and more. The thing he liked the most was the way she told him, like she knew it was a fact not a story.

Despite Liams talents he never really made friends. He met other kids before, but they thought of him as awkward. Kids tended to ignore him, or to stare at him like he did not belong. Sometimes he just wanted to be normal.

Liam once tried to go up to the kids across the street. They looked at him and called him, a freak. They believed he was not a human, some sort of weird being. The kids would shun him and try and avoid him. Few kids would talk to him, and befriend him. He does not believe he has a true friend.

Year 1 History

Liam had a strange first year. He entered a duel even though he had no preparation. Strangely Liam managed to tie that duel. He made a few friends including Myra, who he developed a small kiddie crush on. He also made acquaintances with Elita and he became friends with Emily. The odd thing was Elita and Emily were Slytherin while he himself was a Hufflepuff and the houses had a strange rivalry. He was glad and disappointed when Hufflepuff and Slytherin tied for the house cup.

Liam got into a bit of mischief his first year. The duel was held rather illegally in the Forbidden Forest. The duels are only supposed to be taken place in the dueling area and really only second years begin to duel. In the Forbidden Forest Liam, Elita, and Emily fought giant spiders, a werewolf, and what they thought was a dragon.

Liam and Elita heard a voice in their head telling them to get the egg, but he remembers going after the egg and then waking up in his bed. He doesn't what happened in between. He has tried to remember, but it just isn't working.

Liam remembers his other adventure when Moaning Myrtle started to flood the bathroom and he tried to do what ever he could to get her to stop. He has a lot from his first year and he cannot wait to learn more from his second year.
