Great Hall

When you first walk into the Great Hall you will notice the ceiling looks like the sky. The ceiling is bewitched to look like the sky and thousands of candles levitate just below the ceiling illuminating the entire room. Four long tables are placed in the great hall, each table for each house. The teachers sit at the high table at the front. This table is on a raised platform. The Sorting Ceremony is also held in the Great Hall.
