Fabio is Latino, even if he doesn't look it.

He has deep brown eyes that can shine like chocolate. His eyes can melt anyone's soul to his perfection. His hair is a deep black that shines in the moonlight and illuminates in the sun. His face looks chiseled, like most Latinos look. His face is set hard most of the time and rarely shows expression.

Fabio is tall and somewhat lanky. He doesn't have pounds of muscles on his arms. But he isn't a twig either. He has a fair amount. Some say that his size is the perfect size for everything, so he wont break stuff but he wont be able to not pick it up.

His height matches his weight. As does his shoe size match his wand size. His height is perfect for his weight, which is five feet nine inches and one-hundred and fifty pounds. His wand and shoe size are exactly the same, which most say is usual in the world.

Fabip is caught wearing, outside of school, normal clothing. Nothing special as long as it is black. Black is his favorite color, mostly because it goes with everything he owns. He is poorer so he can not afford most of the expensive clothing that his friends buy.

Personality:

Fabio is kind and warm hearted, but he is a creepy kid who loves death and anything about it. Types of death fascinate him beyond measure.He loves history class when he learns of the ways witches were burned, people hung, and, most of all, how the mummies were made into mummies. This is what keeps his separated from the other children in school. This is what keeps him from having friends. But he really doesn't mine this, he actually thinks its a gift. Without them he has less chance of being discovered of being a wizard.

Fabio has a strange sixth sense. The sense to know when stuff is going down. Once when he was nine he was in the school yard, playing on the swings alone. His sixth sense kicked in and he was warned about something. He didn't know what but he stood and turned around. There was Jimmy Crower, with a bat in his one hand a knife in the other. For gods sake he was only nine and he had a knife! Jimmy tried to hurt Fabio, but something snapped inside Fabio that gave him a kick. This kick won him the fight, and gave Jimmy a broken nose and a black eye. No one could explain what happened, it all happened so fast.

Fabio is like any other Latino when it comes to his family. He will protect his own no matter the cost. He would much rather die then know he could have saved his family. To him his family is the only thing that matters. But family to him, is not family to us. His whole family includes every Latino, Mexican, and Hispanic in the country. He considers them as his extended family and they are an important role in his life, even if he doesn't know them.

History:

Fabio has a rich, and pure, blood line. He is purely Latino and everyone in his family has been a wizard for as long as he can remember. He takes pride in this, his blood heritage. But he doesn't go around and strut about it every few seconds. He doesn't rub it in peoples faces like most Slytherins do. This is what his parents have taught him, "Be strong and proud, but do not make others feel despaired." This was a common saying in his household.

The strange thing about the Martinez household is that Fabio is the only wizard in his generation. His brothers and sisters are all not wizards. Fabio has a lot of family name to live up to. His family was one of the most favorite students at Hogwarts during their time there. that was where his parents had met, both Hufflepuffs. They had met on the train and fell in love in their sixth year.

Fabio was told that he had to live up to the family name and be a Hufflepuff.But he doesn't know since he isn't like them. He is more . . . sinister. He is dark and weird, all his life he has known this. When he was seven he made a dead skeleton come out of the ground and beat up other children. When he was nine he made a dead snake appear and bite his ex-girlfriend. He knows he is weird and a cast out, but he doesn't care.

In his village where he lives there have been rumors spreading around about him. Rumors about how he is a wizard. No one but his family knows and if word gets out he will be burned at the stake. His great great grandmother was burned at the stake, but she managed to cast a spell and get out of there in time. She never returned again, but her daughter did with a new name. The new name was Martinez. That is where he got his name from. His family had forgotten his old last name through the ages, and no one really cares about it. But if word spreads enough then he will be burned like his relative, only he wont make it out alive.

Fabio Martinez is now an Second Year
Fabio had a sort of strange year. He was possessed and taken control of, he fell in love, he was almost drowned in a bathroom, and he went swimming in the lake and was almost pulled under.
During the year he met Rose, the one he fell in love with. She resented him though and hated him. She thought he was going to hurt her. Soon he realized he was being possessed by "The Voice" as some called it.
He was later on stuck in the bathroom with a bunch of people as the water slowly rose. It was scary. He had almost died.
Later in the year he went to lake and had an adventure with some girl. She was a fellow Slytherin and kind enough. She and him went on an adventure into the boat house. THey had fun.
