Description:

Patch has dark brown hair, somewhat long, somewhat short. Much to his mother's dismay, he recently shed his little-boy-bowlcut hairstyle for an older, shorter look. His eyes are a deep brown color, much like his fathers; deep, creamy, almost like melted chocolate.

Patch is about 5'2" tall, but since he turned 11, he's been steadily growing. His mother swears that he'll end up to be taller than her, which won't be hard, seeing as Jasmine is only 5'4".

Patch is as good looking as an 11 year old can really be. He acquired most of his physical traits from his father, and hardly any from his mother. For example, Patch's height, hair, eyes, and strength can be attributed to his father.

Personality:

Patch gets his personality mainly from his mother; his kind, gentle nature, with a bit of an attitude. He really is nothing like his father except for looks and that he is a wizard.

Patch is somewhat quiet, he only really talks to his family, close friends, and acquaintances. He will speak up if he knows he's right though. He's not shy, like people think, he's simply reserved. He has an open heart though, and trusts people easily.

Patch is really smart, though he has a little bit of an attitude. Most teachers won't like him because of that. He is a little cocky, but besides teachers, people seem to find that funny.

Even at his age, his leadership quality is showing. He is quick-witted and is the type to know what he has to do in an emergency. He would be a good leader if ever the opportunity was to arise.

History:

Patch has no siblings, his mother was never meant to have children. She had three miscarriages before Patch, and was told not to try again by her doctor. But Jasmine is a strong willed person, and once pregnant with Patch, refused to give up. That's why Patch has older parents, because of the complications, it took them a little longer to have a kid than most couples.

Jasmine is not magically gifted, none of her family is either. She met and fell in love with Cathan when they were young and then married him.

Cathan used to be a nice person, but greed changed that. He was a very powerful wizard when he was at Hogwarts, and after. After marrying Jasmine, he came into the mindset that he could almost rule the wizarding world. Greed took over and after a few years, left Patch and Jasmine. Therefore, Patch was raised by a muggle, so naturally they were both worried that he would not grow up to be a wizard.

But when Patch was around nine, his magical abilities started to show. One day, at the dinner table, his glass of water started levitating. This was one of a few times that he started showing his magical abilities before being accepted into Hogwarts.
