 It is the year 1977 and the Marauders are in their seventh and final year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Life seems to be normal inside the castle. Classes, Fights between other houses and Romance are a part of their lives as well as other things that are going on. The infamous Marauders have settled down as this year happens to be the hardest with the N.E.W.T.s exams coming up. The group of four boys have never quite their pranking and that will not be happening for a long time. Teachers are being watchful of their students and giving out detentions as well as advice on their chosen careers. Many of the students are thinking about the possible choices they will have once they graduate. They will think about joining the Ministry, trying out and playing for professional Quidditch, and even becoming a Healer at St. Mungo’s. It is on every wizard’s and witch’s minds. In this environment one simply cannot ignore the possibility of a war that is looming on the horizon.
A wizard calling himself Lord Voldemort has gathered followers at his command. The group of followers that believe only purebloods should be allowed at Hogwarts and considered those that are less than them to be unworthy. The group has decided to call themselves the Death Eaters and have been killing innocent people. Men, women, and children and mostly Muggles and Halfbloods. There is a group of people that are against the Dark Lord and have rallied around Albus Dumbledore. The Order of the Phoenix is made up mostly of wizards and witches who fully support the Headmaster and want to see an end to the mass killings before they get any worse. As time goes on, the prospect of a war cannot be ignored. People are afraid they would be next to die. Their family targeted and the dark mark hovering above their homes. People are going missing and end up dying. Fear is rising as well as the upcoming war as both sides are slowly gaining advantages over the other. What side will you choose? Will you be for the light or the dark? A Death Eater or a supporter of the Order? Only you can make a difference in These Dark Times.
