There are small 'portal' keys that one can step on and a menu will pop up to which they will request, out of about 10 choices, where they want to go, and that's about the height of the 'new age' technology.
However, almost all technology is dead, there is no gas, and very little electric power is generated by the broken down, and decaying solar pannels. The world is dying, and falling into satan's grip. Though some still hold onto the thought of a god it is fading, and fast. Decaying buldings surround you, and there is murder, rape, and villans around every cornner, no where is safe, and there's nowhere to hide.
