 A Seer is a gifted wizard or witch who has the ability to see into the future with their Inner Eye. Seers predict prophecies, which are then recorded and stored in the Hall of Prophecy in the Ministry of Magic's Department of Mysteries.

Below are a list of rules, if any are broken by the seer please pm a staff member.

1. As you are young, you are only allowed to make minor prophecies with the consent of the people it pertains too.
Seers predict prophecies, which are then recorded and stored in
the Hall of Prophecy in the Ministry of Magic's Department of Mysteries.
2. You are not allowed to predict BIG events unless a staff member
PMs you the "future", which will most likely pertain to the plot. You
will then post it in a thread for somebody to "hear".
3. You can NOT predict deaths, just that something bad will happen.
4. Seeing the future is not something that happens every few
minutes, please refrain from doing as such.
-----4a. There is no restriction right now, so please don't make us put one.
5. There are physical effects from getting premonitions, including
fatigue, passing out, "the shakes", and other such things. Your
character must experience effects from the future, no matter how
minor, as you are still young.
