 A Metamorphmagus is a witch or wizard with the ability to change his or her physical appearance at will, rather than requiring Polyjuice Potion or a spell like the rest of the wizarding population. They are extremely rare.

Below are a list of rules, if any are broken by the Metamorphmagi please pm a staff member.
"Metamorphmagi are born with the ability to change their
appearance at will."
1. Because of this, you must go into DETAIL about how your
character changes. No "her hair turned pink", but actually try and
describe the process.
"Metamorphmagi are born, not made."
2. You must now alter your biography to show that you've always
had this "power".
"Unlike Animagi, Metamorphmagi can take a wide variety of forms,
changing gender, race, and age, potentially looking like anyone at
all, or even just changing a part of their appearances, such as the
shape of their noses."
3. You may not completely change your appearance until Fifth Year,
but are restricted to race, gender, age, and parts of appearance, but
not all at the same time.
4. You can not take on full animal forms, EVER.
5. It is inherited from at least one parent.
"A Metamorphmagus' abilities are affected by his or her emotional
state... Strong emotions, such as shock or depression, can affect
their abilities to the point of having trouble using them at all."
6. If your character is depressed, shocked, angered, or anything
negative to an extremity, then you CAN NOT use your powers.
