Summary-
January 3rd 1982 - the entire wizarding world recieves a copy of the Daily Prophet by owl post. The headline? Marriage Legislation Bill Passed by Ministry.
Although the war with Voldemort is over and he has been killed, many lives have been lost during the war. The wizarding race is running thin and the ministry has decided to take action. A marriage law has been passed stating that all between the ages of 21 and 35 must wed and produce at least one child within the next five years.
